Great hidden little shop for touch up paint. Michael is a super-friendly guy who knows his auto paints. Very helpful and happy to share tips so you get the best results. I had a small paint damage on my white ford car’s bonnet from getting a clay bar treatment at a car wash & was quite annoyed at the fact I may had to fork out a substantial cost to get it re-painted by a professional. But after searching many shops that offer paint touch up services in Sydney, I chose to come here a month ago instead based on the reviews. Got in touch with Michael to help out colour matching on a steel bicycle frame. Within 10 minutes he had mixed and colour matched to as close as humanly possible. His eye for detail is insane. I will update the review once i’ve laid the colour down, he gave great advice on how to lay down the paint and finishing techniques. Would happily recommend if you need a hand colour matching, text first and confirm a time with him to make it easy

Helpful, humble and an ‘all-round’ great guy!
I contacted Michael, a few months ago via his website having incurred some damage to the rear bumper and wheel arch of my Audi Q3 of which I was going to repair myself. As is often the case with many organisations these days you’re lucky to get two minutes on the phone with someone before they start trying to wrap up the conversation. Not only did Michael spend a good 20-30 minutes with me, sharing his knowledge, expertise and advice, he even directed me to another supplier of a particular product I needed, purely because he was out of stock – that alone is a rarity in this day an age! Following his instructions, I set-out to repair the damage which I must admit turned out waaaay better than I had anticipated. The one snag however, (which was no-one’s fault but my own), was that I was one can short of ‘clearcoat’ at the time of the repair. Again seeking his advice I called him, he even remembered my name! I then swung by his workplace for him to inspect my repair and again advise me on how best to ‘finish the job’. Suffice to say, his knowledge and the tips he provided were invaluable.
Not only do I highly recommend his products/kits, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him on a personal level.
Keep up the good work buddy, you’re a champion!

I’m so rapt with the service! Michael from Touch Up Paints was so helpful. He did everything, from finding exact colour code of my Ford to actually going over car with me to show me exactly what to do and how to do it.

Spoke to Michael and understand that he is very busy in addition to fielding customer queries/complaints. I have hoped that the issue I had would have been resolved sooner or with a phone call follow up. I had an open issue from 7 August until 23 September. This should have been resolved much earlier rather than tick tacking for such a long time. Adding to the confusion was that the package that was sent out as goodwill around the 22nd of August invariably did not arrive. Happy to buy again and hopeful that this feedback is taken constructively to improve the communication for online orders. Owner took extra step to rectify the issue after contacting him.

After contacting several mobile paint touchup orgs to have a go at repairing scratches on my car and receiving large prices and negative comments I then went to a crash repairs who had a go at the bigger scratches and all it did was cover up the undercoat and plastic.
I then approached Auto Touch Up Paint where I received great customer service with good advice on how to cover the scratches. I purchased the pen/brush combo and by following the demonstration I was given they worked better than I had expected from the professionals. I recommend you save yourself some money and do it yourself as it isn’t hard and you can even undo it and start again. No it doesn’t have an “Undo” button like a computer but you can buy some thinners where you just wipe off your training runs until your happy with it. lol.

Provided great advice for a touch up on our grey Mercedes which we scratched under the front bumper, we though just spray it, but a proper brush is so much easier and more efficient. Was also the only place we could find with the correct factory colour outside the OEM.
